The classes that make up UCE

The EULEN Corporate University is organized in different areas. We have called these areas CLASSES. A structure equipped with all the necessary means and resources to help us BUILD THE FUTURE TOGETHER. A collaborative environment that encourages learning.

For those that join or change positions. Those that need to be at the forefront of the latest technology, manage their client base. For those that lead people, and those that want to improve their management and leadership abilities. For those that are aware that analogue is not an option anymore. To be able to communicate in a Globalized world. And all this within the context of the EULEN Culture, with the respect for the values that have brought us here.

Introductory Class

We ensure that all new staff become well-acquainted with the heads of the company, in addition to providing them with information about our business, services and projects, and in particular, our culture and values.

This is achieved through an exciting and commitment generating experience.

Technical Class

Manage and share knowledge generated through the various activities carried out by the company in all its lines of business, including expert knowledge, research, good working practices and networking.

All of this positions us at the forefront of knowledge, quality and innovation in the offering of solutions to our clients.

Commercial Class

We have a team of highly qualified commercial professionals, with whom we are able to establish long-term working agreements. These individuals are able to easily identify training needs and their corresponding contribution of value to the company.

This is always achieved through a relationship based on mutual benefit.

Management Class

Concepts, techniques, learning tools and competency-based management training.

A corporate philosophy founded upon a commitment to excellence across the board, boasting a unique style of leadership which sets us apart from the rest.

Culture and Values Class

The transmission of the company´s culture and values is the cornerstone of EULEN Corporate University.

Languages Class
